Sara Thomas, Founder, has been in Real Estate for 12+ years. She has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Technology, as well as a Bachelor's in Pre-Law and Master's Degree in Criminal Justice. Working at different law firms has allowed her to learn to not only handle every style closing, but also to network with all types of Real Estate professionals.

Zach Thomas, Co-Founder, has been in Real Estate for 5+ years. Having 10+ years of experience being a Firefighter/Nationally Registered Paramedic, Zach is an expert at helping folks through difficult situations. Zach is originally from Washington State, but spent a majority of his life in the Charlotte, NC area.

Originally from central Florida, her parents moved to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. After spending 20+ years in the mountains, she moved to Matthews, NC and met her husband Zach Thomas. They both moved to Wilmington, NC in early 2023, and are enjoying the history and beauty of the area and North Carolina's coast.
